1. User Eligibility and Account Registration

1.1 This application can be used by humans of all ages but is specifically aimed at students in Cameroon who are preparing for the ordinary level and advanced level examinations. You are required to create an account before being able to access all the features of this application.

1.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

2. Content

2.1 The Application contains questons and answers of past examinations, posted by the administrators of Ovassabi.

2.2 You are advised to use this application with a certain level critic, because certain explanations provided to answers might be too brief, incomplete or not represented correctly. Ovasaabi uses OpenAI which could make some mistakes.

2.3 Answers to questions are provided using an Artificial Intellegent algorithm that could be prone to errors.

2.4 You are responsible for reporting any faulty questions or answers to us using the button provided on the top right corner of every examination. You can also use the contact form to report any inappropriate content to us directly.

2.5 The creators of Ovasaabi cannot be held responsible for an inaccurate answer, since you have been informed of this possiblity. It is recommended to report any incorrect answer to us to better improve the platform.

3. Prohibited Conduct

3.1 When using the Application, you agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
2. Use the Application for any illegal, unauthorized, or unethical purposes.
3. Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Application.
4. Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or discrimination.
5. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity.
6. Collect or store personal information of other users without their consent.
7. Use the Application to advertise, promote, or solicit any goods, services, or websites without our prior written consent.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 All intellectual property rights in the Application and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and images, belong to us or our licensors.

4.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any part of the Application without our prior written consent.

5. Limitation of Liability

5.1 The Application and its content are provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through the Application.

5.2 We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Application.

5.3 We do not endorse, warrant, or guarantee the quality, accuracy, reliability, or legality of any User Content posted on the Application by users.

6. Modification and Termination

6.1 We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Application or any part thereof, at any time without prior notice.

6.2 We may update or modify these Terms from time to time, and such modifications will be effective upon posting on the Application. Your continued use of the Application after any modifications to the Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

7.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Cameroon. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cameroon.
